Foundation Classes
Madrasah Ta’leemul Islam offers a comprehensive and structured Islamic education for boys and girls aged four and above. Classes run from Monday-Friday 5:00 pm-7:30pm
During their time at Madrasah Ta’leemul Islam pupils will study a wide range of topics and books in a systematic way. Areas covered include; correct recitation of the Qur’an, Islamic Beliefs, Islamic Jurisprudence, Sayings & Teachings of the Messenger of Allah Ta’la (Sallallahualaihiwasallam) and Islamic History.
Advanced Classes
Madrasah Ta’leemul Islam Adult Classes first began its structured adult course in June 2014 with the aim to provide affordable, high quality Islamic education to adults in the local community.
At Madrasah Ta’leemul Islam we hope to provide the best possible Islamic Education and give students the necessary education to better themselves, and to become sources of guidance for others in the future.
Our Alimiyyah qualified lecturers and skilled staff members have created interactive classroom environments in which students are able to engage in discussions with their teachers and fellow students, learning and solidifying their understanding of Islam.
Subjects that will be covered:
Tajweed/Essential Memorisation
Aqeedah (Aqeedah Tahawiyyah)/Fiqh(Rules of Purification and Prayer)
Hifz Classes
Madrasah Ta’leemul Islam has been running a Hifz classes for more than 2 decades. This entails the memorisation of the Holy Qur’an, using traditional teaching methods, as espoused by classical Islamic scholars.
The course requires a thorough knowledge of reading the Qur’an, along with the correct pronunciation of the Arabic letters(Tajweed). Everything needed for the Hifz programme is taught in our Maktab programme.
The programme is taught in small class sizes, headed by dedicated teachers. Madrasah Ta’leemul Islam maintains Islamic principles and an Islamic environment ensuring that the correct supplements are provided during the course of this most holy endeavour.

Hafizah Classes
To memorise the Quran takes effort and sincere commitment however Madrasah Ta’leemul Islam offers a Hifz Programme for Sisters. The goal of this program is to produce Hafizas, those who can memorise the entire Qur’an off by heart.
This is a very rigorous programme, which requires hours of intense daily devotion to memorisation. There is an entrance exam, which the student must pass in order to be accepted onto the programme.
This programme will help you to develop a relationship with the Quran and also memorise it at the same time
Aalimah Classes
Alhamdulillah Madrasah Ta’aleemul Islam runs a part time Alimah class which caters for our young girls from the ages of 13 onwards. The alimah course expands over a period of 7 years in which students cover Aqeedah, explanation of the Quran, hadeeth of Rasulullah صلي الله عليه و سلم , Islamic jurisprudence, laws of inheritance, Arabic language and grammar.
The entire Alimah course is covered in the Urdu medium.
Womens Classes
